What is included in AI advisory?
Depending on the agreed scope, advisory can include reviewing current AI use, identifying opportunities, setting priorities, designing workflows, planning pilots, building team capability and establishing foundations for responsible use. Deliverables, responsibilities and costs are agreed before work begins.
What does the AI Clarity & Readiness Workshop include?
The four-hour leadership workshop includes sponsor discovery and a pre-work questionnaire, review of supplied business context, tailored exercises and demonstrations, and consent-based capture of workshop findings. Afterwards, you receive an AI Clarity & Readiness Findings Report and an executive debrief covering observations, gaps, opportunities and recommended next steps. It is designed for 6–12 participants.
Who delivers the workshop?
Workshops are delivered jointly through TK Publications by Troy Morgan OAM and Kinah Knapp. Troy leads the facilitation, with Kinah providing AI strategy and delivery support.
Do we need technical experience or new AI software?
No technical experience is required to begin. The workshop explores your current tools, workflows and readiness before recommending next steps. Any software, technical work or implementation needed afterwards is considered separately as part of an agreed scope.
How much does the workshop cost?
The AI Clarity & Readiness Workshop is $6,500 plus GST, excluding agreed travel expenses. This includes the preparation, four-hour workshop, findings report and executive debrief described in the workshop overview. Further advisory or implementation work is scoped and priced separately.
Can you help us implement the recommendations afterwards?
Yes. Where further work is useful, the workshop can lead to a department diagnostic, executive decisions, a 90-day roadmap, governance foundations, or pilots and advisory. The next phase is agreed around your priorities and may involve specialist technical or security expertise where required.
How do you approach privacy and responsible AI use?
The work considers information handling, privacy, human oversight and decision boundaries alongside opportunities. Workshop findings are captured with consent. Requirements for access, sensitive information and the use of AI tools are agreed as part of the engagement.
Do you work with businesses outside Toowoomba?
Yes. Based in Toowoomba, Queensland, we work with clients across Australia. Delivery arrangements and any travel requirements are agreed when the engagement is scoped.
